Suntory developed its own multiple distillation process as a result of the special features each botanical brings to Roku Gin's perfectly balanced mix.

Nose : Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.

Palate : Complex, multi layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.

Finish : The crisp Japanese sansho pepper brings a little spiciness to the finish.

This “entry level” wine of Ornellaia is a bright, lively wine that will introduce any wine drinker to the beauties of Ornellaia wines as it is instantly drinkable, enjoyable, and versatile. Made with (mostly) Merlot with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, there is an abundance of cherry, strawberry, tobacco and spice aromas and flavours. Priced for instant consumption but can also be aged and held until 2030.

Irish single grain whiskey from Teeling! There are only an elite few Irish single grain whiskies out there at the moment, but Teeling went ahead and made theirs unique by maturing it in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Deliciously sweet with a good deal of spice and fruit hide within the Teeling Single Grain.

The Prisoner is a full-bodied and rich red blend that has gained a cult following since its first release in 2000. The wine is made from a blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Charbono, and Grenache grapes sourced from various vineyards in the Napa Valley. The wine is aged in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels for up to 16 months, resulting in a complex and layered wine with aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with flavors of dark fruit, espresso, and chocolate. The wine has a long and smooth finish with fine tannins. The Prisoner is a bold and distinctive wine that has earned high scores from various wine critics and is widely popular among wine enthusiasts.

Crafted with care at a family-owned distillery in Chiapas, this small-batch, five-year-old rum offers a decadent experience reminiscent of ancient Mayan and Aztec recipes. Encased in a unique bottle shaped like a shrunken monkey head, it tantalizes the senses with aromas of coffee, cocoa, and butterscotch. The color is golden, with some green reflections. Among the floral and fruity aromas, almond and ripe grapes dominate. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly pleasant, ethereal in its lightness. Long and refreshing aftertaste.

Dictador 12 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum.

Founded in 1832, the Maison Castarède elaborates and for more than 190 years of life in the Pure Gascon tradition. Whether initially in the cellars located in Pont de Bordes or on the property of the Château de Maniban, the Castarède family loves this ancestral know-how with love. This 1993 vintage low-armagnac is, once distilled, raised in oak barrels until it is borrowed on the counter label.
