Rémy Martin is a brand of French cognac produced by Rémy Martin SAS, a company based in the Cognac region of France. Cognac is a type of brandy made from white grapes grown in the Cognac region and double distilled in copper pot stills. Rémy Martin is known for its high-quality cognacs, which are made from a blend of eaux-de-vie (a type of brandy) aged for at least two and a half years. The company produces a range of cognacs, including Rémy Martin VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale), Rémy Martin XO (Extra Old), and Rémy Martin Louis XIII, which is a blend of more than 1,200 eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 40 years. Rémy Martin cognacs are often enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and are also used in cocktails.

D'Ussé XO Cognac, a blend of Cognacs aged between 10 to 30 years in oak, presents a deep copper hue. Its complex nose offers dried apricot, butterscotch, and orange zest. On the palate, flavors of blackberry, dark chocolate, toasted nut, apricot, and honey intertwine, creating a smooth and full-bodied experience. The finish is lengthy, with earthy notes emerging.

Torres 10 has a dark topaz colour with hues of gold. Intense aroma with warm hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Complete and persistent finish with aromatic notes of oak.

Martell XO has a spicy, rich crescendo starting with the mellow elegance of the Borderies, followed by the intensity and finesse typical of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. A rare release drawn from the Paradis cellars at the Château de Montifaud, this Cognac was the first to personally be distilled Louis Vallet (4th generation), which today stands as a proud family treasure and trophy of the longstanding legacy each of the family's generations beholds. After aging in a combination of red oak and ancient Cognac barrels, Château de Montifaud Héritage Louis Vallet L50 Cognac the percentage of alcohol naturally reduced to 50%; it was then diluted over a period of 2 years down to 40%. This Grand Cru blend was crafted exclusively from Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie between 1935 and 1982, making it an exceptionally rare Cognac.

Koya is a range of Chinese brandies produced at a state- of-the-art chateau, situated in the Shandong province, near the port of Yantai. The VSOP expression has been aged for six years, and it’s very floral and fruity in style, with a lovely syrupy texture. It offers notes of candied apricot, quince, nougat, raisins, vanilla, orange zest and tropical fruit.

Produced using Ugni Blanc grapes this brandy has a multi-layered bouquet of dried yellow plums, rose petals, caramel, and dark chocolate with complex aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
