At the foot of the Côte du Py are the “Grand Cras” plots, a magnificent terroir composed of compacted sediments from the Côte du Py (a mixture of schist, metamorphic rock, and clay) and decomposing granite. This unique blend with the 75-year old vines produces wines with great character and complexity.
The Grand Cras is very complex and powerful. As it opens up, it presents notes of red fruit. The tannins are mature, leading into a velvety and persistent finish reminiscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir.

Guided by Pascal’s careful touch, the grapes produce a very round and generous wine with intriguing notes of berries and spice. Beautiful silky tannins lead into a long, fresh finish.

Moulin-a-Vent is known as one of the more 'robust' Cru. From the Les Thorins sector of Moulin-à-Vent, this wine is dense with some solid tannins. Rich, juicy and generously structured with jammy red fruits, Lucien’s Moulin-À-Vent has a red crimson robe.The complexity is deep, with spicy aromas, and a lovely bouquet of blueberries and violets. It is rich in body and character with a beautiful long silky finish backed by mature tannins.

Susumaniello is another indigenous grape of Italy, from Puglia, the heel of Italy’s boot. The “Lampu”, from the local dialect which means lightning, which in Puglia, heralds the arrival of rain, a blessing for the crops. Susumaniello is perfect for this region, adapating to hot, dry climate. The wine has violet and ripe red plum aromas while on the palate, it is fruity, herbaceous, and tannic, with hints of spices and licorice on the finish. Organic, sustainable and vegan.

On the palate the wine is lush, soft, fresh, clean and most importantly, the wine expresses a gorgeous sense of purity in the red fruits that you sense in the mid-palate, which carries all the way through to the elegant, fresh, vibrant, long, energetic, sensual finish. Patrick Lambert's vineyards are located in Cravant-les-Coteaux, just 8 km from Chinon, renowned for producing some of the finest wines in the Chinon appellation. Deep, dark, purple-red color, almost opaque. The nose and palate both display vivid blackcurrants - on the palate these are paired with clean cedary oak flavours. There is fair tannic structure & the wine is of mid-weight, but it is predominantly juicy cassis in nature.

Produced from 100% Syrah, the wine is loaded with all the smoky, peppery, black cherries, plums, spice-box, smoke, tobacco, and jam you could ask for. Full-bodied, wild, aromatic, and a bit leafy, with a salty touch in the fruit-filled end-note, this will be better with a bit of aging.

Coastal Region wine, from 1980s vineyards in Stellenbosch and Pearl. A deeply coloured, powerful wine, plenty of substantial presence, slightly meaty nose, a touch of green-tinged dry and ashy character, with lots of sweet fruit, touched with a leafy, savoury character in the finish. The blend is 30/70 Alicante and Tempranillo.

This California Cabernet Sauvignon breaks away from the typical profile, offering a lush and velvety experience. Rich flavors of black cherries and sugar plums dominate the palate, accented by a subtle hint of vanilla, creating a luxurious and indulgent tasting sensation.

The Grand Cru is a powerful wine with a structure similar to Côte de Nuits wines. The vineyard orientation allows to elaborate a wine with silky tannins and harmonious acidity. Les Grèves is a South east exposure vineyard based on a siliceous soil. This gives power and delicacy to the wine.
