This is a new addition to the brand's permanent line. Since 1928, Torres has been making world-class wines and brandies. Unless it is produced in the Armagnac or Cognac regions of France, it must be referred to as brandy. Spanish brandy is unique because it is made from a variety of Spanish grapes and is quite possibly one of the most recognizable Spanish brandies in the world.Jaime (pronounced Hy-me) is made exclusively from the Parellada variety of grapes and is aged using the solera method. Not only is the bottle gorgeous, but the brandy inside is complex and well-balanced with flavors of walnut, cedar and sandalwood.

Dassai '23' Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a high-quality sake made from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice in the Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan. The sake is brewed using a traditional method, which involves milling the rice grains to 23% of their original size, resulting in a refined and delicate flavor profile. Dassai '23' has a floral and fruity aroma with notes of pear, melon, and grapefruit on the palate. It has a clean and crisp finish, with a slight sweetness and a pleasant umami flavor. This sake is best enjoyed chilled and can be paired with a range of Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and tempura.

"The 2014 Prieuré-Lichine is just as impressive from bottle as it was from barrel. Silky, perfumed and gracious on the palate, the wine exudes class. Sweet floral and spice notes meld into a core of red stone fruit, and silky tannins and vivid flavors lead into a creamy and inviting finish.
