Red Wine
Pessac-Leognan,Bordeaux,France
Tobacco, cigar wrapper, wet earth and red fruits lead off the wine. On the palate, the wine is soft, medium bodied, forward and finishes with smoky fruit and a hint of dust in the tannins. You can drink this elegant wine young or age it. 90 Points
Rhone,France
Produced by Pierre Graffeuille from Chateau Leoville Las Cases.

What's in the bottle is a mix of four-year-old rye blended with a small portion (22%, to be exact) of rum sourced from the Caribbean and South America. The end result is distinctly sweet orange-peel and orange-blossom fragrances, and a spice cake-like flavor. Traces of maple and brown sugar wind into oak and allspice. Meant for mixing. Kara Newman

White Wine
A truly delicious and harmonious wine. Pale gold color, very bright. The aromas bring to mind honey, almond and lemongrass (citronella). As the wine matures, intense flavors of grilled hazelnut and almonds are in evidence
Gin
A fresh, vegetal take on gin. Spearmint, anise and a hint of celery entice the nose. The palate is similarly light and refreshing, showing fennel, celery seed, cucumber and coriander, finishing with zingy white pepper and lemon peel. Mix into G&Ts or any drink with fresh juices. Kara Newman

Rum
The Flying Dutchman Rum is the first rum made in Europe. It is distilled from a very nice molasses of sugarcane. Two types of yeast, fermented at a low temperature, give it a nice fruity character. The fermentation takes at least two weeks. This is exceptionally long but important for the development for the delicate flavor of this rum. After the long fermentation time, the rum is distilled three times in small handmade red copper stills. After the distillation process, the rum is filled into barrels and aged for a minimum of 36 months in former Port barrels.

Elegant, restrained nose, a hint of lime, subtle herbal notes, ripe citrus notes on the palate, some stone fruit, salty, lots of grip, a hint of sweetish melting, alcohol somewhat in the foreground, quite firm core, remains long on the palate.
A blend of 67% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, this wine is full of polish and class. The aromas are charming, with notes of black cherry, dark raspberry, flowers and bittersweet chocolate. There's impressive structure and balance to the red and black fruit flavors. Sean P. Sullivan
Chianti,Tuscany,Italy
Big and enveloping giving immediate pleasure in the vibrant sensory picture that is rich with sour cherries, wild un-ripe strawberries, crumbled plaster, withered jasmine and wet lavender. Full bodied, juicy and brilliant on the palate showing the greatness of the terroir and the correct interpretation of a slightly early harvest. The tannins are mature and slightly rustic giving dynamism and tension and the finale is vertical, one of the freshest and sharp in the tasting. Exceptional now but will be better from 2023.
Bold and beautiful, this powerful Zin has a deep, dark color that's practically black but with a brilliant ruby rim. Brooding aromas suggest wood smoke, black pepper and boysenberry. There is an impressive density in texture, as firm tannins and acidity support the rich array of flavors.
A limited edition from Hiberia Distillers and finished in Sherry casks.
Colour: cherry, garnet rim. Nose: ripe fruit, scrubland, red clay notes, spicy, waxy notes. Palate: good structure, round tannins, balsamic.
Barolo,Piedmont,Italy
This silky, fragrant red offers scents of woodland berry, crushed mint, violet and pine forest. It's linear and savory, featuring juicy red cherry, baking spice and licorice flavors framed in taut, smooth tannins and bright acidity.

This light-hued bourbon is bright and airy, with tropical fruit aromas of papaya and lychee, vanilla, and sweet lemon curd. While not especially bourbon-like it’s interesting and super-likeable for its Bit-O-Honey candy and pleasingly nutty notes. Last reviewed in 2011.
Bordeaux,France
Bright light golden colour. Pure and expressive nose offering fresh butter, almond, hazelnut, confit de citron, mild oak and discreet stone fruit. A textured and ample palate with fine extract, ripe acidity and layers of buttery yet fresh fruit, good persistency, still youthful but certainly potent for further development.
Montalcino,Tuscany,Italy
Acid-driven and irrepressibly earthy, this vineyard-designate unfurls slowly in the glass to reveal rose petal, cranberry and orange flavors, tangy and taut on the palate. Light and delicate in tannin and oak, it lingers in forest and clove. Virginie Boone

Bright ruby red. On the nose, expressive and clear, with cherry and orange, rose hip, and rubbed pepper in the echo. The palate is gripping, with grippy, juicy tannins and also shows shy red-berry fruit. The wine ends on fine earthy notes.
Napa Valley,California,United States
Luscious and ripe black fruits ride an effortless texture in this seamless and well-balanced wine. Minutely grained tannins weave through dark plums, spearmint, cocoa and black cherries. While enticing and drinkable, the wine should have a long, more complex life ahead.
Croatia
Grown in the mineral rich red soils of Istria, it has enticing aromas of fresh black raspberry, black cherry and black plum. Rich and full-bodied in the mouth, flavors recall fresh plums and ripe cranberries.
Sweet black plums, black cherries, chocolate, espresso, and licorice on the nose, are also found on the fresh, forward, chalky palate.
Burgundy,France
Bright light golden nuance. The nose offers a classic stony/chalky touch, fine oak, layers of fresh stone fruit, ripe citrus and crushed nuts. Very nice texture with layers of fresh stone fruit, citrus zest, well-integrated oak and a bright acidity. Dense and long finish. Well-built and potent.
Ripe, lush, round and packed with crushed rocks, herbs and spice, is already easy to taste. The majority of the blend is Grenache with a bit of Syrah and Mourvedre and is a selection from various parcels.
