The El Dorado 12 Year Old Special Reserve Rum is blended from aged stocks (the youngest being no less than 12 years old) from the original Wooden Enmore Coffey still, the original metal Diamond Coffey still, as well as from the ancient Port Mourant double wooden pot still which was used to produce ‘navy’ rum for the English Admiralty. All of the Demerara Rum produced by El Dorado is aged exclusively in American oak (bourbon barrels).

Following a 79-hour baking process in small brick ovens, the agave undergoes pressing by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel, fermentation, and distillation within its own fibers. Aged for fourteen months in American whiskey barrels and specifically finished at 88 proof, this tequila boasts a sweet, slightly earthy flavor profile. Patrón Tequila maintains its additive-free status, reflecting a steadfast dedication to craft, authenticity, and integrity.

The Cascahuín Blanco tequila is crafted from carefully selected blue weber tequilana agaves sourced from the valleys area, reflecting the distinct characteristics of the region. The production process begins with the use of a masonry oven for cooking the agaves, followed by the extraction of juices through mills, where water from the own well is incorporated. During fermentation, natural yeasts from the yeast pie are utilized in both masonry and stainless steel fermenters. This unique terroir, saturated with calcium carbonate, imparts a heightened minerality to Tequila Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018, beautifully complementing its pure agave essence, characterized by notes of sweet, cooked yams, and warm baking spices.
