This spirit features smoky tones with a pleasant permanence in the mouth, slight minerality, and hints of aromatic field flowers. Made from Cupreata and Manso Sahuayo agave species aged 6-8 years, it hails from El Limon and La Calzonuda. The agave is cooked in a conical volcanic stone oven, crushed with a roller mill, fermented in oak wood tubs embedded in the ground, and distilled using a Philippine still with a wooden cap and copper pot.
