This variety of rice, known for its high starch content, is fully expressed in this vodka, revealing aromas of cereals and flowers that culminate in a light and fresh finish, all enveloped in a soft and silky texture. The name "Kinbu," meaning "gold" in Japanese, reflects the high quality of this Japanese vodka, distilled and bottled at the Sakurao distillery, renowned for its whiskies, including the famous Togouchi.
